How I Went From Nothing To Having It All!

Right now, for the first time ever I am going to break down exactly what I did and give you the exact process on how you can do it too!

Over the course of the last 3 years, I have literally made myself RICH from running small internet businesses!

Like many others reading this post, I didn’t come from family money and don’t have some fancy degree. As a matter of fact, I don’t even have a high school diploma.

You are probably wondering “then how the HELL are you rich?”

Well…

That is a great question, and if you continue reading I will break down exactly what I did to make between $50,000-$100,000 a month STEP BY STEP!

Oh and this isn’t a RARE case of success…

This year alone, I have helped 50 others just like you replicate my system!

Over the last 9 years, I tried doing every thing and anything I could get my hands on to make money…

Time after time, I straight up failed.

Everyone from my friends to family members doubted and laughed at me early on.

They called me a “dreamer.” They said my goals were impossible to achieve.

At times, I felt like giving up and I didn’t see any light at the end of the tunnel I was looking down.

One night after another failed attempt at an online business idea, I thought to myself “what do all businesses want and need?”

Listen, I sat there at my small Walmart desk on my girlfriends old laptop truly focused in on answering this question.

I ran through a list of things I thought businesses wanted…

  • Customers
  • More business
  • Success
  • Money
  • Recognition
  • Awards

I thought about a service that could bring these businesses true desires to life, and that’s when it hit me.

At the time, what I had discovered would eventually change my ENTIRE life for the better.

This very thought is what took me from not having money, to being able to buy a Mclaren on my 26th birthday.

This, my friend, is where you should truly start paying attention to the story!

I realized that all businesses want and need LEADS.

For anyone reading this that doesn’t know what a lead is…

A lead is someone who is interested in the services you offer.

Example…

You are hungry and want a pizza, so you call Pizza Hut and ask what specials they are running.

That is a lead…

Obviously we aren’t going to sell leads to Pizza Hut…

So, I created a system where I would sell leads to medium sized businesses.

I did not say BROKE PEOPLE.

I said medium sized businesses who weren’t hurting for money.

I had learned in my previous ventures that start ups and broke businesses are horrible to work with and nothing positive ever comes from it.

So, I decided to help winners win more!

Here is an example of businesses I targeted.

  • Lawyers
  • Pool Builders
  • Solar Companies
  • Dentists
  • Chiropractors
  • Roofers
  • Life Insurance Agents

I thought about who could pay me at least $2,500 a month every 30 days for solid leads.

Anyone making over $50,000 a month as a business should have no problem with fees like this.

Now, you are probably wondering how on earth did he get these types of businesses on the phone and how did he close them…

Well…

Here’s how!

I would cold email businesses every morning and get 1-3 calls from every 25 emails I sent out.

I found a free email scraping tool that would get me valid email addresses of the owners of these websites on Google that I would reach out to.

I created a call script to where I would generate the first 5 leads for free to prove my quality was top notch! Then after that, I would guarantee results or money back.

I charged $100 a lead because most of the businesses I reached out to would make at least $1,000-$10,000+ dollars on each sale.

Most of the businesses had zero issues with this price.

So, now you are wondering how the hell I got the leads for my clients.

Simple…

I learned Facebook ads!

Everyone is on Facebook!

I went to Barnes and Nobles and bought at least 3 books on Facebook ads and started writing and practicing every single day!

I would stay up all night watching free videos on Youtube and buy cheap courses on Udemy until I was what you would call an expert.

My lead cost would be anywhere from $3-$20 a pop which gave me insane profit margins when I would sell the leads to my clients for $100 a pop.

When you are charging $2,500-$5,000 for leads per client, your money adds up quickly.

At one time, I had 12 clients on monthly retainers!

The better I got, the more I would charge and less amount of clients I would need to bring on to hit my multiple 5 figure a month goals.

Two years into operating this style of business, I decided to start showing others.

Here in the United States, we have over 30,000,000 businesses, so showing a few others wouldn’t even be a drop in the bucket or ever hurt my profits.

About 18 months ago, I brought on my first ever student.

He was 22 and had recently dropped out of college and was living with his father.

He had been messaging me for months on Facebook begging to work with me and learn what he knew I had known.

Finally,

I caved in…

With every penny he had left to his name, he paid me.

After paying me, he came to Austin and shadowed behind me for weeks. I showed him everything I knew about lead generation and closing clients.

Within 60 days of my mentoring, he had his first $40,000 month!

I was absolutely BLOWN away!

I knew that I was truly on to something with this system. I knew it could change peoples lives.

If a 22 year old with zero marketing background can have a $40,000 month in under 3 months, realistically anyone else could join him.

Listen, this is where it gets REALLY crazy!

A couple months later, I did an in person mastermind where I flew out 7 guys from all walks of life!

Each person was from a different state, all different ages and backgrounds.

For 3 days, I ran them through every piece of this program.

It was truly exhausting because we spent hours and hours going over everything, and I must have answered 1,000 questions.

Not even a month after the program, I started getting calls from every single person who was at my house.

They were CRUSHING it. One was doing $22,000 a month in retainers, the another was doing $15,000 a month.

One of the students made so much money that he actually moved from a crappy apartment in Chicago to live close by me in a 5 bedroom house! His name is Mike Petritis and he wasn’t even 25 years old!

After this insane amount of results for every one of my students, I wanted to see if I could deliver on a much larger scale.

In January of this year, I created an Inner Circle.

This was a place that I would bring on up to 100 people and see if I could replicate these kinds of results.

I prerecorded the training in a course form and set up weekly calls every Monday night to answer any questions, and to teach new updated lessons on each method.

Right out the gate, people started having 5 figure months.

People who had only been in the program short periods of time.

I kept bringing people in!

Fast forward to right now…

Over 50+ people like Mike are making over $10,000 a month!!!

Using the exact system I had been using for years!

Only 4 people out of around 140 I brought in asked for a refund.

Remember, no system is perfect and some people just aren’t driven like others… but still!

Those numbers are insane!

This Is Something Every Entrepreneur Needs To Read!

Over the last 9 years, I have failed too many times to count. I have made and lost lots of money. Everytime I take a major loss, I don’t get mad or upset, I take notes.

Today, for the first time in 2018 I failed at something. I failed to over deliver on a marketing campaign. The thing that pisses me off the most is that going into this campaign I thought I had it all together.

I thought I knew everything I could know about the service. In the end, I was wrong and even though the client wasn’t upset, I was. While sitting back on my couch this morning, I lined up all of my business and partnership failures to see what all of them had in common over the years.

After lining up all the dots, that is when it hit me! I had figured out why I had failed so often, and that if I could make this one simple change I would fail quite less in the future.

So, listen up if you want this million dollar gold nugget. The one thing all of my failures had in common was lack of research.

At the time of each and every failure, I thought I had studied everything I could of each and every venture. In the end, all of the downfalls came from not knowing enough or not having a realistic long term game plan. Lots of us think we have a strong business or marketing plan, but we really don’t. We make too many assumptions with nothing tangible to back it up. On my last campaign, I was off on who the audience was which was from lack of solid research. My last product placement company I lacked research into my partner and our marketing plan which lead to failure in the end, even though it was profitable from the very start. In my first major business, which was my energy pill company, I lacked research on pretty much everything and winged it into the grave. NEVER wing anything when it comes to business if you can stay away from doing so. Just because you have an answer for something doesn’t mean it’s right.

This brings me to my next point…

I then thought about all my success and why some of it came so easy. I then realized it was because of proper research and realistic, well-thought out game plans. I knew every move before I would make them. I prepared extensively! I didn’t have single doubts in my mind about if it would work or not. I knew the plan like the back of my hand.

Moral of the story is stop investing your resources or time into ventures that you haven’t done extensive research on. Take your time. Warren Buffet says “It is only a risk if I don’t understand it” Make sure you have 100%, or least 98% clarity on anything that you are getting involved in. NEVER ASSUME!

P.S. Break all your business and marketing plans down like math problems. Show your work and break them down into as many details as possible. This will help keep you from failing.
