Gallant Dill is an Austin, Texas native.
If you get lucky, you might see him zooming around the city in his bright orange McLaren or his Audi R8 convertible when the weather is nice.
He has been featured in some of the largest publications in the world such as Huffington Post, Yahoo Finance and Forbes.com.
The first time Gallant was arrested was when he was 14, he was sent off to boarding school for a 6 month stint.
His early teens he was in and out of homes.
He ended up dropping out of high school for the third time when he was 17 years old with only 5 high school credits.
Shortly after, he started his first fairly successful business out on Lake Travis.
In the last 9 years, Gallant has founded over 12 companies for himself and worked with thousands of other business owners across the world.
Here are his tips to being able to leave whatever job
you have and becoming financially free.
In order to be self employed, you are going to need a skillset. A skillset is something you are good at or have previous experience in. This could be writing, speaking, selling and even building websites or just cooking.
Once you figure out your skillset, you need….
You will need to find a hungry audience that is willing to pay you for this skillset. Believe it or not, so many people around you need what you have. Recently, my friend over at PK Cuisine quit his job as a waiter to start cooking for his friends doing meal prep and now makes over $20,000 a month doing so. Money is abundant, stop telling yourself otherwise.
Listen, if you don’t have goals, you won’t get very far and will quit at the first sign of distress. Goal setting is huge for your route to the top. I set goals daily and put them on a board in front of me. I hold myself accountable and break down each goal into little tiny pieces so they are easy to achieve. Not having goals is like getting into a car and not having a destination. You need goals!
This is the most important thing you have on your path to success. Without a good, positive mindset, it’s going to be hard for you to stay focused. You will need a bulletproof mindset if you want to make it to the top! So many unexpected things will happen in life, and the person who can smile through them will win. Even at my darkest moments, I knew that nothing was permanent and I would eventually be on top. Remember that the only thing standing in your way is yourself, and if you don’t make excuses and get out of your own way anything is possible.
