The Number 1 Cause For All My Business Failures By Gallant Dill

This Is Something Every Entrepreneur Needs To Read!

Over the last 9 years, I have failed too many times to count. I have made and lost lots of money. Everytime I take a major loss, I don’t get mad or upset, I take notes.

Today, for the first time in 2018 I failed at something. I failed to over deliver on a marketing campaign. The thing that pisses me off the most is that going into this campaign I thought I had it all together.

I thought I knew everything I could know about the service. In the end, I was wrong and even though the client wasn’t upset, I was. While sitting back on my couch this morning, I lined up all of my business and partnership failures to see what all of them had in common over the years.

After lining up all the dots, that is when it hit me! I had figured out why I had failed so often, and that if I could make this one simple change I would fail quite less in the future.

So, listen up if you want this million dollar gold nugget. The one thing all of my failures had in common was lack of research.

At the time of each and every failure, I thought I had studied everything I could of each and every venture. In the end, all of the downfalls came from not knowing enough or not having a realistic long term game plan. Lots of us think we have a strong business or marketing plan, but we really don’t. We make too many assumptions with nothing tangible to back it up. On my last campaign, I was off on who the audience was which was from lack of solid research. My last product placement company I lacked research into my partner and our marketing plan which lead to failure in the end, even though it was profitable from the very start. In my first major business, which was my energy pill company, I lacked research on pretty much everything and winged it into the grave. NEVER wing anything when it comes to business if you can stay away from doing so. Just because you have an answer for something doesn’t mean it’s right.

This brings me to my next point…

I then thought about all my success and why some of it came so easy. I then realized it was because of proper research and realistic, well-thought out game plans. I knew every move before I would make them. I prepared extensively! I didn’t have single doubts in my mind about if it would work or not. I knew the plan like the back of my hand.

Moral of the story is stop investing your resources or time into ventures that you haven’t done extensive research on. Take your time. Warren Buffet says “It is only a risk if I don’t understand it” Make sure you have 100%, or least 98% clarity on anything that you are getting involved in. NEVER ASSUME!

P.S. Break all your business and marketing plans down like math problems. Show your work and break them down into as many details as possible. This will help keep you from failing.

The Secret to Making Facebook Ads Work for Your Business

While there are plenty of great ad copy books out there — Hypnotic Writing, Tested Advertising Methods, Breakthrough Copywriting – my favorite is the PSO System by Gallant Dill. He breaks ad copy down to these three points: pain, solution and offer.

My thoughts on MONEY and SUCCESS. By Gallant Dill

At times, I thought success was only about hard cold cash….

To me, it’s not..

If you think my goal is to make millions working all day, then you don’t know me at all.

I even preach to my students I’d rather make $40,000 a month for myself and have low stress than to make $100,000 a month and have 100 new clients.

I have experienced both…

Right now, my goals aren’t to scale anything that requires my full presence.

Money doesn’t excite me and I can’t force myself to work on stuff I don’t wanna do anymore.

I’m in a position to where I can do whatever I want.

All my money I have made this year has gone into current investments.

Behind the scenes, I am building a software automation that I will get thousands of users to.

My new one will revolutionize how agencies conduct business online.

My goals are to create and enjoy my life. I am no longer chasing a dollar.

My higher purpose is to help others out and be known for lives I’ve impacted, not the money I make.

I know plenty of assholes with lots of money.

I don’t wanna be like them and don’t wanna be compared to them.

When I die and look my creator in the face, I want whoever that is to be proud and know that I contributed to the world and didn’t take.

The material posts from my end will no longer exist.

No, I’m not “broke.”

I am on the clear path with God now and in
reality, I am richer than I have ever been both mentally and spiritually.

I used some of my possessions to pull people in!

Now people will stay cause of the real value I provide.

If you read this status all the way here, I wanna ask you a question.

What is your life purpose? What do you wanna be remembered for?

Time is ticking away and tomorrow is not promised.

Don’t lose track of what really matters!

Figure it out!

How Gallant Dill Went From Class Clown To $100,000 A Month

Gallant Dill is an Austin, Texas native.

If you get lucky, you might see him zooming around the city in his bright orange McLaren or his Audi R8 convertible when the weather is nice.

Today, he has over a quarter million people following his every move if you combine his social media pages.

He has been featured in some of the largest publications in the world such as Huffington Post, Yahoo Finance and Influencive.com

His business and marketing advice can easily run up to $1,500+ an hour and has a huge track record to show you for those prices.

Just this year alone, Gallant Dill donated over $3,000,000 in training courses to other entrepreneurs across the globe.

Things weren’t always like this for the young entrepreneur though.

He comes from a dark past that he isn’t afraid to talk about.

The first time Gallant was arrested was when he was 14, he was sent off to boarding school for a 6 month stint.

His early teens he was in and out of homes.

He ended up dropping out of high school for the third time when he was 17 years old with only 5 high school credits.

Shortly after, he started his first fairly successful business out on Lake Travis.

In the last 9 years, Gallant has founded over 12 companies for himself and worked with thousands of other business owners across the world.

He has over 2,500 people in his paid training programs.

Here are his tips to being able to leave whatever job you have and becoming financially free.

Secret 1- SKILLSET

In order to be self employed, you are going to need a skillset. A skillset is something you are good at or have previous experience in. This could be writing, speaking, selling and even building websites or just cooking.

Once you figure out your skillset, you need….

Secret 2- AUDIENCE

You will need to find a hungry audience that is willing to pay you for this skillset. Believe it or not, so many people around you need what you have. Recently, my friend over at PK Cuisine quit his job as a waiter to start cooking for his friends doing meal prep and now makes over $10,000 a month doing so. Money is abundant, stop telling yourself otherwise.

Secret 3- GOAL SETTING

Listen, if you don’t have goals you won’t get very far and will quit at the first sign of distress. Goal setting is huge for your route to the top. I set goals daily and put them on a board in front of me. I hold myself accountable and break down each goal into little tiny pieces so they are easy to achieve. Not having goals is like getting into a car and not having a destination. You need goals!

Secret 4- MINDSET

This is the most important thing you have on your path to success. Without a good, positive mindset, it’s going to be hard for you to stay focused. You will need a bulletproof mindset if you want to make it to the top! So many unexpected things will happen in life, and the person who can smile through them will win. Even at my darkest moments I knew that nothing was permanent and I would eventually be on top. Remember that the only thing standing in your way is yourself and if you don’t make excuses and get out of your own way anything is possible.
