Gallant Dill is an Austin, Texas native.

If you get lucky, you might see him zooming around the city in his bright orange McLaren or his Audi R8 convertible when the weather is nice.

Today, he has over a quarter million people following his every move if you combine his social media pages.

He has been featured in some of the largest publications in the world such as Huffington Post, Yahoo Finance and Influencive.com

His business and marketing advice can easily run up to $1,500+ an hour and has a huge track record to show you for those prices.

Just this year alone, Gallant Dill donated over $3,000,000 in training courses to other entrepreneurs across the globe.

Things weren’t always like this for the young entrepreneur though.

He comes from a dark past that he isn’t afraid to talk about.

The first time Gallant was arrested was when he was 14, he was sent off to boarding school for a 6 month stint.

His early teens he was in and out of homes.

He ended up dropping out of high school for the third time when he was 17 years old with only 5 high school credits.

Shortly after, he started his first fairly successful business out on Lake Travis.

Secret 1- SKILLSET

In order to be self employed, you are going to need a skillset. A skillset is something you are good at or have previous experience in. This could be writing, speaking, selling and even building websites or just cooking.

Secret 2- AUDIENCE

You will need to find a hungry audience that is willing to pay you for this skillset. Believe it or not, so many people around you need what you have. Recently, my friend over at PK Cuisine quit his job as a waiter to start cooking for his friends doing meal prep and now makes over $10,000 a month doing so. Money is abundant, stop telling yourself otherwise.

Secret 3- GOAL SETTING

Listen, if you don’t have goals you won’t get very far and will quit at the first sign of distress. Goal setting is huge for your route to the top. I set goals daily and put them on a board in front of me. I hold myself accountable and break down each goal into little tiny pieces so they are easy to achieve. Not having goals is like getting into a car and not having a destination. You need goals!

Secret 4- MINDSET

This is the most important thing you have on your path to success. Without a good, positive mindset, it’s going to be hard for you to stay focused. You will need a bulletproof mindset if you want to make it to the top! So many unexpected things will happen in life, and the person who can smile through them will win. Even at my darkest moments I knew that nothing was permanent and I would eventually be on top. Remember that the only thing standing in your way is yourself and if you don’t make excuses and get out of your own way anything is possible.

Are you ready for it?

Do you have what it takes to truly make it?

Every time you see me post a success post, what you don’t realize is that I went through hell and back to be able to post that status.

At night, I am haunted by the grief and the disappointments from failed investments or struggles I went through.

Nothing came easy…

And it is just as hard hanging on to your success as it is acquiring it.

The distractions and investments, the temptations.

Some days you feel like everything is just a game and you are stuck in the middle of it.

Sometimes help isn’t always helping…

I have given away lots of money to strangers and people I know. In the end, 99% of the people I did this for never left the place they were currently in.

When you want to truly help someone, you educate them… Not give them money…

When I started coaching people who were damn near at rock bottom, I literally started seeing insane growth patterns in mindset and financial means. I didn’t give them money, this was me showing them how to get out of their own way.

As a business coach and mentor, I have charged and have given away my services for free.

75% of the ones who paid took action and got insane results.

100% of the people I trained for FREE never listened or applied any of my teachings.

I even did an experiment where I gave out over 1,000 FREE courses and only 3% showed up.

The old saying is you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make them drink is pretty accurate.

You give a poor mindset person $100, they will come back asking for more.

The whole point of this post is to give you some proper insights on how to actually help people.

What I am about to say will offend some people, but it needs to be said!

This is something I have learned over the last 9 years and working with thousands of different entrepreneurs.

The reason why you aren’t making money is because the services you sell SUCK!

Before you get all mad, hear me out. I have sold services that suck in the past when I was first starting out. You don’t just wake up an expert. I am guilty! What I mean by “suck” by the way is a service that your clients aren’t happy about.

Not being happy doesn’t mean they wanted a refund, not being happy can mean you never heard back from them again. When you sell services people actually want or enjoy, they tell their friends and come back. It is that simple!

If 50% of your customers don’t come back, that’s not a good sign and you aren’t doing enough.

Listen, today I am going to give you some FREE million dollar advice on how to stick your customers so you don’t have to suck!

Step 1…

First thing you wanna do is truly know who your customers are. You can’t sell a service well if you don’t know who the true interested buyer is. Do your research and figure out your perfect ideal customer.

Step 2…

Come up with your irresistible offer! Create an offer no-one would dare turn down! Stack up services and products, people love bundles. Run great specials and get customers talking.

Step 3…

Create a USP. A USP is a unique selling proposition. This is what makes you unique. If you wanna stick out in todays crowded market place, you have to be different. You don’t have to be way different, you just have to have some notable things. Here is an example… Wendy’s fast food spots don’t have the best burgers, but they are easily recognizable by the way the patty is shaped like a square. Stuff like this sticks out in the consumers mind and makes it easy for your brand to be remembered.

I could go on for days about scaling and growing your business, but I want you to truly understand that businesses don’t fail. It is the people that fail either in operations or understanding of the marketplace. I see it every single day.

Don’t get sucked into thinking you can’t improve and you are trapped.

Stay on top of your market and continue learning and trying new things and you should be just fine!

The TWO Transformational Steps I took to go from $20,000 to $100,000 a month as an entrepreneur By Gallant Dill

These are the steps I took to go from being a 6-figure entrepreneur to becoming a 7-figure entrepreneur.

Please listen up and take notes if you have to.

For years, I was stuck at the $10,000-$20,000 a month income as a freelancer/consultant.

I could not figure out how to scale up to save my life. I would raise my prices or add a new service and nothing seemed to work. I was at a complete loss for growing and don’t get me wrong, that is still good money, but not enough to truly live that lifestyle I had always dreamed about. I am sure some of you will roll your eyes at this statement and I am sure some of you who are in this position now will agree.

A couple years ago, I decided to go on a learning binge where I stopped focusing on making money and started focusing on new skillsets and new information. I did this for at least 6 months. During that 6 months, I not only grew as a person, but I also learned everything I needed to know in order to reach those new levels of success. From that period in time till now, I became a lifelong student to knowledge.

Even now with income goals of a million a month, I still spend between $1,000-$5,000 a week on mentors and new information/trainings.

So, STEP 1 for changing your life is to open your mind and realize you know NOTHING! The old saying goes is that the smartest man in the world knows he knows nothing and the dumbest thinks he knows everything. Don’t be afraid to invest back into yourself! You will never lose the information and skillsets you acquire! Becoming the Swiss army knife in your industry will open up more opportunities in your future! I personally spend most of the day acquiring new information. All my sports cars don’t even play music, they only play mindset and business MP3’s. So just remember, the more you learn, the more you earn!

This brings me to my next transformational step!

You cannot, and I repeat, cannot pass this one up! It is crucial!

The next step I needed in order to become a millionaire was having a BULLETPROOF MINDSET.

Along your path to success, lots of bad things are gonna happen that will make you want to throw in the towel or slow down. You can’t! I have endured great pain along the way to the top that would throw me off the path of success for months. You can’t let ANYTHING slow you down! You have to remain strong and positive at all times if you want to succeed and to succeed fast! I swear to God that almost every single day some negative stuff is thrown my way. I have learned to ignore it and stay focused on my goals and winning. Get away from anyone who contributes to the drama of your life and only get around people who are positive and inspire you if you want to keep the mindset going.

Success isn’t an impossible thing! Get out and learn as much as possible while maintaining a healthy and positive mindset, and we will probably be neighbors soon!
